Standard 2–4 business days service: FREE with orders over £75. Shipping on orders under £75 is charged at £4.

Next working day service: £5.95. Orders placed before noon Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately, our next day carrier, DPD, isn’t able to deliver to some Highlands and Islands. Please check here for a full list.

EU and EEA
8–10 working days service: £5. Customer pays NO duties or sales tax.

USA
6–10 business days service: FREE with orders over US $70.
Shipping on orders under US $70 is charged at US $9.99. Customer pays NO duties or sales tax.

Due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
7–10 working days service: Shipping charged at AU $18. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. VOTARY will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

REST OF WORLD
7–10 working days: Shipping charged at £14. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. VOTARY will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

Please note that for heavy orders over 1.5kg, shipping is charged at £40.

DELIVERY TO PO BOXES

Unfortunately, our international couriers (i.e., anything outside the UK) are unable to deliver to PO boxes. We kindly request that you supply us with a standard postal address instead.

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before you check out. Once you have placed your order we are not able to change the shipping address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD (DOES NOT APPLY TO EU)

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes, duties, and processing costs. We can only offer refunds if you take delivery of the goods and then ship them back to us. If you decide not to pay any taxes and duties due – and this prevents the courier from delivering your parcel – we are not able to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return goods to us if duties and taxes are unpaid, and so we will not be able to refund you.
